Its seems that when using high doses of primo that a high protein high fat diet works better than protein and carbs. The primo seems to keep you "full" and anabolic when carbs are low.
I train in the am after meal 1. So I have been eating pro/carbs meals 1 and 2 then meal 3 is just pro/efa's, then meal 4 is pro/carbs, 5,6,and 7 are then just pro/fats. I am finding that alternating pro/carbs with pro/fats is working great.
Normally I wouldn't eat any fats until meals 5,6,and 7. Now getting the fats in meal 3 is feeling great!
