Bruce said:Eq for a lot of reasons. Mainly that you can not find real primo and if you do find sherrings out there chances are its fake. Any ug primo is usually eq and its just a fact. Primo powder is not the same as it once was and is often just eq powder. There was a recent study that showed a huge percentage of human grade test to be deca and almost all primo to be test eq or fake. Also I have run both of them at substantial doses with and without test. Primo is great for recovery like deca. I'll say that. you work out and are not sore the next day. Strength gains sucked for me on primo though. Eq makes me pump up like its going out of style at 600mg ew with test or 800mg ew with a low dose of test. I needed 1 gram of primo just to feel it. With sherrings I only needed 400mg ew to feel it but that is a whole nother animal and I doubt you will find real ones and its so expensive its not worth the risk. You should see better gains with eq. Primo is only better in that it does not take as long to kick in but I just found it to be a weak streroid once it became scarce and faked.

you should always run twice as much test as you do deca. you are lucky you did not get deca dick and have a horrible pct. if he is going to stack them 250mg of test e and 400mg of eq is fine but i'd do 600mg ew of the eq at test that low. if the test is up near 400mg ew i'd do just 400mg of eq.shaw001 said:250/500mg test E and 400/600 EQ a week is a good cycle if you havent done many previous cycles before. i liked primo too but not when i had to run it at a gram because only ug is available. i'm 6 1 maybe 6 2 205 never been above single digi bf. 29 inch waist, 18 inch arms, 13.5 inch forearms and tiny frame. I posted back pics a while back when I got to the 200's. If you can find them they show the freakishness of my tiny frame with this much muscle and low bf. I am looking to hit 215 at this bf. I used to have to get down to 185 even 170's for photo shoots and be at like 5% but those days are over for me so I get as big as I want now. I started at 125 worked natty for 6 years and got to 155. I was not even full height at 20 so that shows you need to wait to start juicing if you are not 23 or so(unless u know your done growing) i hit the juice to early at like 155 and got nothing from it because I didn't eat right. I learned how to eat and started downing 5k cals ed with 300g protein. I was able to get to about 190 but diet was not in check with all those shakes and carbs. I started eating just meat 2lbs ed and got to 205 real easy. I have never gone above single digits in all my time bulking.
Yes I hit plateaus everyone does. I was stuck at 180 for a long time staying this lean. I tried different things like dbol which I don't use anymore. It would help me bloat and put up extra weight to get stronger. It is not worth the sides for me though. I actually never used test until late in because ug test made me sick and after trying human grade test after vowing not to use test i realized human did not make me sick. so that had to help a lot. i know people say that eq makes them hungry and it does to me but test really makes me eat so much food. bro i eat full pizzas, sweets, all sorts of horrible food. don't go by what i do. i can pound all of that food and nothing happens except stomach pain. i think test and my appetite has some how become much larger with regard to portions i'm able to get in and that has brought me passed it.
