Pregnyl HCG in long cycles..... is it wise?

Hello everyone,
I am running a 12/16 weeks
DECA + TEST E cycle (about 500+500 week)
I have been advised that to avoid the "shutdown" I should use some "shot" of HCG IN CYCLE.

I would ask to who is mre experienced than me if this is wise and how to administrate it
500 UI daily for a week?
2500 once a week?
I have found info on how to do it but it is PCT not IN CYCLE.

If you are serious about HCG use, 500 IUs per week is plenty IMO.

Do a shot of 250ius 2 times per week. In the middle of your cycle take 2 weeks off HCG - then start back with your 2 shots per week. You will be good to go.

If you start using HCG from day 1, then 250-500iu per week is plenty.

If you are midway through your cycle, 500iu e5d for 3 shots... Then 250-500iu per week.

varies a lot by individual; all good things to try above; could be anywhere from 250-500 once a week; to 250-400 3 times a week, depending on how shut down you are and what it takes to get things normal. just find the lowest dose that works for you.

I agree half way through run 500 e5d for a total of 4 shots. Works great IMO. I always do this makes PCT a breeze I think

I'm gonna do the 250iu every 4 days and see how that works for me. Prolly start 2-4 weeks in consisting of a 16 week cycle
