what are some signs in the first few weeks that let's you know that your girl is pregnant?

Aside from the early symptoms be sure she takes a pregnancy test. The tests detect the HCG hormone and the store-bought tests are pretty accurate. The reason why I mention this is because many women seem to have the symptoms of pregnancy yet are not. Sometimes it's due to stress or an irregular cycle or whatever. She should get tested.
