you don't need a pre workout! if you insist on it then use it here and there, not before every workout. it would be like taking viagra before sex everytime, if you cannot get it up without a pill then you got problems. if you have to take something then atleast take something that isn't full of crap. n2kts from n2bm is a good quality preworkout with no added shit
