I only use pre workout on leg days. I use Gorilla Mode pre workout, it's expensive, but I'm not always using it everyday and from an ingredient standpoint it's clearly one of the best out there.
what are the best and worst ways you can use a pre workout and at the end of the day what can I expect if I start using them?
I got the grape flavored pre workout from the vitamin shop that says Pulse from legion athletics.
Is this one a good brand or not?
