Pre-Workout ECA Stack?

What do you guys take before the gym like xenadrine, hydroxy..etc...like what are your tolerances like...

i usually take
1 speed stack
and 4 Hydroxycut or 2 Xenadrines...

ok this is prolly grey market supplement store its the only ones i go to....the stuff i get when want to lift hard is called red rage its made somewhere far from here the ingredients are in dutch you can make em out if you study the label but i wouldnt worry its safe to drink ive taken that plus a xenadrine and felt good to go.

The problem with some people is that they beceome 'stimlulant junkies'. I use to use epedra for about 1 ongoing year, bumping the dose whenever i gained a tolerance. This is a terribe cycle, because:
1 - no preworkout sup could give me a kick
2 - i couldn't gain a damn lb
3 - after a while i fell into a very seriouse overtrainning, whereby i lost over 10 lbs and was depressed for several months
I've learned that if you become completely dependent on stimulants, you exert more energy than your body can handle and in the end you are prone to injury or illness.

Right now i take 1 MQ PPA before i workout, which is only 4x /week to avoid gaining a tolerance
 
as of now i only take stimulants pre-workout. i take 3 Dymetadrine Xtreme caps on upper body days and 4 for legs. yes i know this is a high dose and i dont recommend people to start out with this dose. everyone is different and my body can handle this no problemo
 
a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk - 45 mins. or so prior to lifting

I may throw a Dymetadrine Extreme cap in there too, when I'm training legs at least

Bring your walkman with you when you train, especially if your gym doesn't play good music. I tell ya, if you bring a good cd or tape that gets you going with you, that's just as good as any thermogenic!!!
 
Normal training days pre workout only

30mg psuedo (not sure it even helps being such a low amount for such a weak alkaloid)

Sometimes I bump it if I'm really having trouble getting into the gym mindset. Rarely is the case though I try waiting an hour or 2 first.
