My question is, since I'm 14 and cant drive yet, and I have to wait a while for my parents to pick me up and bring me home so I can have a shake, would it be alright for me to premix my protein and glutamine shake and bring it with me and drink it when I'm finished working out? I work with weights for an hour, then cardio for 35 minutes, so will the shake stay suspended in water for 1 hour 35 minutes+??
