pre cycle pics and need ideas for winter cycle

what should i run? dbol or var?

I am gonna run a light test and masteron cycle. i was debating if i should add either var or dbol to this stack. what do you you guys think?

so far i'm thinking
250mg week test
500mg week masteron
either var or dbol


current stats are 5' 6" 183 pounds at 12-13% bf.. benching 330, squatting 475

my goals are to gain a couple pounds of muscle mass with no fat gain.

Looking good bro! Based on your goals I would think the var. Dbol blows me up and causes alot of water retention. Nice job on the squat to bro. Dang I have some work to do. Lol good luck with your cycle bro. Interested to see what route you take.

Go with the var.. It supposed to eat visceral fat..That sounds like what your goals are. O' can you get me some var???
 
Also agree with var... or perhaps tbol. We need to have a little friendly competition Steve, we're almost exactly the same age, height, weight, and bf... perhaps next spring or summer elite can do it's own online bbing comp, winners get a free trip to a photoshoot and money, something like that. Also winners will win immortality in stone and song :D

There was one last spring were the winners got exactly that, I'm pretty sure there is another one this year
 
im guessing you still want to bulk/get bigger and Id go w/ the dbol. I know you can cut and do it properly and w/ the mast I think the dbol would go very nicely.
 
Looking good Steve. You have a big frame and do not need Dbol, due to the bloating issues that can and will occur. I would run the var at 50 a day if not a little higher for 6 to 8 weeks. The var coupled with the mast will give you a cut chiseled look.. I have run that exact cycle in the past and thats exactly what I accomplished.
 
i've been natty since spring... this is what I've been running in case you guys are curious.

i usually stack 2-3 supps together and change them up month to month to keep things fun.. all my supps are from NTBM as this is the only supp store i trust

powerchews
gear
unleashed
better protein bars (with extra whey added)
NTBM creatine
N2Guard (for the extra vits/minerals)
forma

a lot of WHOLE FOODS.. especially omega cage free eggs, organic pancakes, fresh honey, free range chicken, wild salmon, grass fed beef (all the fat cut off) , lots of veggies, fruits, nuts.

doing a 3 day split.. pushing, pulling, legs. 13-17 sets per day. 5-6X per week
 
I planned on running the exact same cycle this coming spring. I'm guessing the test would be prop? I would like to know who it goes for you. I'm glad to be off my 7 week cycle of test E. I felt the complete opposite of what everyone else felt like. Energy, cheerful and good over all feeling has not come back until I started my PCT.

How much and which protein are u adding to your better bars?!

Looking good Steve. I'm very close to your stats also. 5-6 but a little lighter. Same bf. I'm in the process of researching a test/tren/mast cycle but my last cycle was great with primo/var/test. Add the var. I ran at 75 a day for the last 8weeks.
 
^^^ i am leaning var. that is one of the few AAS i have never tried before.

you will love your tren/mast/test cycle. i ran that last year and it was pretty good.

Yeah, I followed you when you ran it. Actually that's almost what convinced me to try it. My cycle history is very similar to yours so I'm using you as a guinea pig to see if I want to do something. Try the var, I loved it and never had the pumps that many people experience.

I would say the dbol. My good bro Mr.P educated me in how to use it for lean gains and it does work. You have the knowledge and your def have the frame for it. Go for the DBOL!!:lil k::lil k::lil k:
