I'm assuming you're talking about competitive eating; Well you need to massage your gut every 10-1000 minutes and keep it stretched and lubricated, consume moyen sized portions of goosefat thrice hourly and escolar steaks as and when needed.
Post up the results of your gluttony competiton please.

I'm sorry for not specifying. I am a cross country runner for the University I attend.

even though you dont ever run you lazy ass.

I'm also interested in this. Are there any supplements out there that will help with say a two-mile race. I neeeeeeed to run 2 miles in 12 minutes in a few days and I'm not sure if I can or not. I just need some supplement to use as a one-time thing to make sure I can make the time. Also what type of food, etc. should I be eating and when?

Anyone know of any running or marathon forums that have knowledgeable members?

Man, are you raggin today?? You've had some awful posts back to me today.

And for one supplement to take to make sure you get that speed....hmmmm. I'd probably shoot for some type of caffeine. You can do it. Just pace yourself and then give it all you got. You don't have to feel your legs...they'll still run.

Ya I mean I think I can do it. I just have to zone out and ignore the pain. Just keep my legs going fast. To a cross-country runner, that sounds slow I'm sure, but it's pretty fast for us soccer players who might be a little heavier. I don't think caffeine is a good idea, that sounds like a good recipe for heart trouble. I thought someone might have another to take besides speed.
