Def. one of my larger meals, against the normal theory...........I figure two things, I train in the evening, so my body is still craving nutrients late night AND if I'm not eating for 8 hours, I better stoke the furnace.........sort of like putting a ton of wood in the fireplace so it stays hot throughout the night...........plus, with cardio first thing in the am, hopefully I still have a little juice left........
3,4 servings of roasted peanuts
1.5 scoops of casein, skim, egg whites and water - splenda (THICK!)
some veggies with ff dill dip and maybe a low carb, low sugar protein bar.........
