Click to expand... good job you might want to give yourself a little bit more recovery time than 3 days before you hit heavy deads again. heavy deads twice a week wreak havoc on most people's bodies keep at it

ffknight84 New member May 15, 2003 #17 6'3 currently 208, 19 years old as of june 2, im on ckd 4th day of 28. i do my deads, squats on monday and thursday then long weekend of relaxation aka running thx guys for the congrats

lanky Well-known member May 15, 2003 #19 good job, im a newbie too with deadlifts , im at 5,10'' 160 and do 5*5 with 235(not good form). i hope to get to 300 in a year with 5*5 program.
