You know, I have no idea where all this strength is coming from lately and quite frankly, it’s kind of scary...

After this I did shrugs like crazy till my left hand gave out (weaker then right) and it’s even my writing hand too. heh
I think I could have done more, maybe 350, I don’t know why but, all of a sudden I’m getting so strong, I take no sups or drink protein shakes, I just eat, eat, eat, all natrually..Ok I take vitamins, but that’s all, could this possibly mean I have more of those certain fiber thingers...lol
The weights are jumping high this month for some reason, could it be from me quitting smoking? its been 3 weeks (almost)
Is it normal to jump in weight 30-40 pounds?
