im looking to take 1.5-2.5 grams of potasium per day for excess water...what would be the ideal way to take that? 500mgs a serving-4 times a day or should do it in 2 servings...any help is appreciated
I take 700mg's pre and post workout. 500mg's with my Tuna meal. Another 500 with my chicken breast. Another 500 with can of chicken. Another with my protein shake. And another with 500 with my special NIGHT TIME protein shake. I think it seems to work.
