i think intensity of your workouts is gonna be the driving factor for someone in your situation. i see a lot of lolly gagging around at the gym by guys who just don't get anywhere. i also see guys working out with their gf's or with other dudes who want to spend half the time socializing instead of working out. there are a lot of bad habits i see with guys and they will never grow like that.
having said that i am on my patented push, pull, leg split.. its been good to me.
