The first one was taking when i was 21 and the After pic was takin when i was 26. I am 27 now.

This picture was taken when i was 26. I have been natural my whole life. See..you do need Gear to have a "decent" physique.

well u see, I have good genetix. In HS I was about 225-230 my senior year.....then I graduated, worked on an oil rig, then joined the Marines. When I came out of all my Marine training, I was like 190. Then I started lifting again, and my body got big again quick.

I will have some updated ones in a few weeks.
 
How did buck put on that much in two years? Suplementation friend.... supplementation. + hard work and gentetics of course too :)

cycle is going nnnnniiiiiicccccceeeeeeellllllyyyyy....I'm starting to feel the test and EQ, I'm getting noticeably stonger :cool:
 
I have another thread up with these pics but I figured I'd add them to this thread as well.

First image is a little over a year ago. The final 2 images are from a few days ago. They are spaced about 2 days apart. Sad part is I made zero progress during the winter months due to sporatic training and a shitty diet. I lost most of the weight in the first 3-4 months, then gained a few back over the winter, now I've been dieting for the last 8-9 weeks again.

ugh... ok, prepare yourself... I was FAT. Like... 250lbs FAT.... Here's the before...
the after shot is me at about 150lbs. I'm about the same weight now, but way stronger (lower bodyfat).

Vageta, you aren't like overly huge now, but holy shit have you made some strides! No offense intended, but you kinda looked like shit prior to hitting the gear. I went through a stage like that also 7 or 8 years ago, and I think the turning point was actually seeing a picture of myself....and how disgusting I was.

Calico, what a great improvement, you should be very proud.

Thank you Rookie... I do feel 100% better. its definately a much better feeling to be out someplace and feeling good about how I look, rather than ashamed.

I can't imagine you are trying to lose any weight are you? I think the 150 looks good on you, and you need to remember you still are carrying some of your weight in your chest area (not at all a perverted comment, just an observation), which looks good with your newfound, smaller waist.
 
Rookie,

No gear used, just diet and training. Had I used gear during the last year you'd have seen a much more profound difference. I've contemplated using gear but haven't done it yet. If I do my before and after pics will be strides apart.

ah... sometimes I want to lose a bit and sometimes I like being curvy... I think a few pounds off wouldn't kill me and it would make my "problem areas" (I'm not saying where they are), better. But yes, the boobs do weigh a lot :-)

Captain you don´t look that bad in the first pic... You look like my brother: thin, but with low bf and some muscle in areas people usually are fond of, like the dels and the arms...

Great job to all of you. Calico, if you lose more weight you may lose some bust size. You have a nice shape. Maybe just concentrate on firming but not jepardizing your assets. :D

NewYork...Please stop posting those pics. They aren't impressive at all, natural or not. Stop deluding yourself. My pics will personally come when I am done getting ripped. Now I am crap. THAT'S WHY I WON'T POST.

My girlfriend was like you she was very big like 275... but when I met her she was 150lbs..

same kinda build.. but here stomach does not look like your's.. she has some extra skin that she really wants to get rid of..

How did you do it.. didnt your skin stretch and then when you lost the weight.. it was just there .. Or did you do it so gradually that the skin went back down to the normal size.??

You did a great job!

Some fantastic improvements on all of you. You've probably seen my recent pics up here but I'll have to try and get my really old ones up. New ones are digicam - old ones need scanning as they are from the days before cameras and are carved in stone, hehe.

One question; Captain why do you have a man's leg in your crotch on the first picture?

Looks like a barbell stand to me. However I have two smith machines that go into the wall ant my gym. One for olympic plates and one for standard. I've also used angled ones.
 
I dont have any after shots yet but here is one from 98 after i did the Eastern USA. I was 205 in this pic at 5'11". Currently I am 245 and looking to compete again next year.

Dlady,

Here's a quick tip for mirror picture taking. You need to increase the light in the room, take an extra lamp in there if you need to, then turn off the flash. My first few attempts at mirror picture taking came out dark like yours with the flash covering some of my body, but by turning off the flash alone they came out much better. Next time I will actually add a brighter light source as my pic came out a little dark, almost a brown tint to it.

It's very hard to see your boobies with that damn flash in the way but from what I can tell you look hot! :)

First picture was took on 2/4/01, the after was took on 6/10/01----about a 5 month difference. Never mind my "big" smile. I always smile like that when I'm uncomfortable. :)
 
started in feb 01 the last pic on bottom right is in june 01
begin weight is 360 @ 5'11
now i weight 295@ 5'11
got 40 more lbs to go to be at my weight goal
 
an after/after pic(after not working out for 1 1/2 yrs)

I am at rut in my training.was about 104lbs.started lifting went to about 118lbs.was very muscular.and this is a now pic after i have lost everything.it sucks.liked being big.will get started again soon.
Calico that is a great thing you have done.very impressed.you to jen.very nice.

No I'm from Sweden(half persian), I didn't mean it in a bad way just that we have a lot of Arabs here in Sweden and you had kind of "exotic" look.

Well, my first post on this board, so here's some before and after shots of me!

This is before I knew how to diet, at about 175 lbs here.

I'm 18, 5'10.5", currently 192 lbs.
 
Here's an after shot of me at about 188 or so, so almost 5 pounds lighter then I am now, but a big diff then the other pic.

No cycles yet, I feel I'm too young, and have too much potential in front of me, plus I've only been going steady 8 some odd months now, started out at a scrawny 150 if you can believe that!

Diet? I basically went from 3 crappy junk food meals a day to 6 small meals, 40+ grams of protein a serving, and a TON of complex carbs, and some good fat. 20 lbs in 9 weeks and counting!
