I need some help on my post workout nutrients. During my workouts I always have a ABB carbo force which has about 110 grams of carbs. When I get home I chug a Vitargo CGL and then my whey and L glut after. Question is I know it's important to get those post workout carbs and i'm not sure if the vitargo is doing the trick. Occasionally I'll have some white bread and honey or some sweettarts for the dextrose, but I get so bloated after all that shit I feel like my stomach is going to explode. What do you guys think? Should I order some dextrose and throw it in my shake, stick the the vitargo, keep eating HG carbs like white bread, or will sweettarts work?
