Post-workout intake while on a keto diet?

I have always taken a high-GI, whey isolate drink after a workout.

But, now that I have eliminated carbs what is ideal after a workout on a ketogenic diet?

Would simply a whey protein drink be it, since I thought any fat intake at all after a workout is a big no-no?

On a CKD or ANPB diet would it be better off to just drink a Whey Isolate drink Post Workout? Or still combine some carbs ?

Currently, post workout I'm consuming a protein drink (Worldwide PureProtein) which contains 41g of Protein Isolate and zero carbs (about 180 cals), after about an hour I would eat my usual ANPB meal. I guess the lake of carbs post workout is beneficial for a continued lipolisys post workout. The insulin response following carb intake would probably completely halt lipolysis.

On the other hand, carbs post workout (such as dextrose/maltodextrin) in combination with whey isolates are very efficient for enhancing protein synthesis and aminos absorption.

Lately, I'm into the notion of replacing my whey only drink post workout to a drink called 'Rapid Recovery' which contains:

Cals: 280
Carbs:32g (Maltodextrin: 22g, Glycerol:10g)
Protein: 34g (from whey isolates)
Fat: 0g

I think that would give the slight boost needed without overloading too many with carbs.
 
It is said that on a keto diet you could take about 15 grams of dextrose post workout , i personally havent yet but i am gonna try tomorrow and i will post if i get kicked out of ketosis....
 
you wouldn't want fat along with an insulin spike, but on a ckd, you want FAT not sugars... on ckd I throw in flax w/ my post workout shake... mct if i have it.
