post workout carb shake while cutting?

Good idea..

I do. More like 90-100 grams in mine. I weigh 185,bs now, while bulking. I can get down there in weight while using carbs post-workout . I carb up one day as well also. I beleive I benefit greatly. I feed the muscles and still cut up. Your physique or and droppage of BF% shouldn't suffer.
 
I too believe strongly in a post workout pro-carb shake. The thing is, after a workout you aren't going to store it as fat, it will replenish your muscle and liver glycogen. Studies have shown that after a workout (intense) a person weighing 200 pounds can ingest almost a gram per pound of bodyweight without a resulting fat gain. You obviously don't want to take in that many while dieting, but the poing remains that you are very unlikely to store post workout carbs as bodyfat.
 
I only take about 30 grams of carbs currently while cutting. Call me overly cautious , but for me cutting means maintaining mass and loosing fat. So my priority may be slightly different from yours.
 
yeah 30-60 grams post workout your cool....i got down to 4% while still using carbs....all i used was Dymetadrine, and some andro...and i acutally lost 10bs ....all in body fat ...i started at like 10% and acutally put on a few lbs while ccutting
 
I agree with taking carbs during and post workout.
