As some of you may or may not know I had emergency intestinal surgery Oct 29. They took a foot of large and foot of small intestine. Had 3 big tears that filled me up with fecal matter and was septic. Damn near didn’t make it, 3 days icu and 9 days in hospital total. Full release and have been exercising slowly the last 2 weeks. Ripped open my abs right down the middle is about the worse part. Lost almost 30lbs total, still down 20. Ok, now that you’re caught up enough crying and here goes my post op log.

Purpose
Get back to pre surgery strength, endurance and weight. No extra fat, good lean muscle gains.

Stats
6’, 185lbs, 53 yo, lifting 2.5 years, walking and cardio only prior last few years. I have caught the bug and fucking love it. Always been tall and thiner and getting some mass and muscle gets my dick hard. Lol I guess I didn’t know what working to failure and working hard really was. But I’m learning!!

Diet
Protein 150-200
Fat 60-80
Carb under 200
Whole Foods, lots of chicken, protein shakes, steel cut oatmeal, brown rice, not enough veggies, mostly high protein high fat and low carbs has always worked well. Boring yes, effective yes…
ish,,, fucking holiday season. I don’t cheat too bad but again, worst time of the year to buckle down right, after almost dying, yes, I will have a small piece of fudge lol. I’ll do best I can and clamp down hard after my trip to see family next week.

Workouts
Push Pull Legs and rest on 4th day
Starting slow obviously, started half weight half reps or normal but increasing both as I go over the last two weeks. Abs are the worse but compared to where I started they are healing and I’m working more on them everyday even if just a little.

Gear
Prescribed trt of .3/ twice a week. 200 test cyp. .
.5 astrozole twice a week
50 iu gonaderellin m/w/f

Post op plan A
Started last week
300 test e split into twice/week
150 deca split into twice/week
20mg proviron 10 morning 10 afternoons
.5 astrozole twice a week
3.3 iu ghg everynight an hour before bed on mt stomach.

Will also be transitioning from gonaderellin to HCG once I’m out of gonaderellin in another week or two, probably 250-500 iu two to three times a week. Probably 2 now and three when real cycle starts.

Will run plan A until mid or later jan and then switch straight into plan B.

Plan B
Test p/npp/proviron/ maybe anadrol to kickstart, tbd.. and ghg 3.3 ed. advise please

What am I forgetting? I’ll do the best I can keeping up the log with the crazy schedule the next 4-6 weeks, appreciate all advice guys, thank you for everything!!

overall you are fine I would get out of HCG but rest looks good, and aromasin better then arimidex but arimidex will do fine if you have it on hand already

Curious on the HCG? I thought it was better than the gonaderellin? The godaderellin is silly expensive from the trt clinic I use so I’ve been buying HCG a little at a time as I go and took advantage of the Black Friday sale so I have several bottles.
Planned on running at 250iu e3d on cycle and 500iu mwf on trt. Considering this first part of the cycle trt.

Appreciate the comments, thoughts and direction.

godaderellin and hcg is pretty much the same thing but you dont need either honestly

every 4 weeks some hcg sure but not weekly

Macros have been high protein, high fat and low carbs historically. 45 45 10 I know I need to adjust with the upcoming cycle, please advise. Will add carbs of steel cut oats for breakfast, no lunch and chicken and brown rice or salmon and brown rice for dinner. Maybe shoot for 200 grams carbs per day?? 200 protein and not sure what to do with fat?? Please advise

Dropped anadrol to 50 a day from 60 and keeping proviron at 50, both split doses. Did start the anadrol a couple days early because I was dying to get on it. Also doing 3.3 iu growth every night before bed too. This cycle better be a good one as expensive as it has grown into and trust me I will do the work for it as well. I buy through out the year with cycles in mind so not quite as bad as trying to get everything all at once. Buying from aporders.com and they carry all pharma lab products. They are great to order from and quality products. If I can’t say that please delete or tell me to and I will.

I use Fitbod app and have set up for my basement set up, primarily dumbbells as you can tell. My barbell hurts my shoulders when I benchpress but dumbbells don’t for whatever reason so that’s what I do. Have regular bench and another bench with leg extension and preacher attachment. The app will push weight and then after a couple nights or so drop back weight and increase reps as you can tell from yesterdays work out. Chest tight from yesterday and biceps are stiff from tonight. All and all feels good to get back at it, keep in mind I’m not fully recovered from my surgery yet but will be soon and surpassing pre surgery pr’s immediately there after!! Working the abs a couple days and off a couple days right now until they fully recover.

Measured yesterday morning before I ate. Wasn’t real sure so I winged it.

Ok bad news so libido is not good after 2 injections. Cut back on npp wed night and didn’t seem to help. I could tell something was up the day after my first injection. Only problems I ever had with deca was when I pushed the test deca ratio a little too far, backed it off and was fine. This is my first npp

So, Should I back down the npp a little more or leave at 250/300 and bump test up to 500 from 400?? I could put npp back to full 300 for a 500t/300npp. I would rather do that then keep backing down the npp. Please advise. Thanks also would increasing the tren have a positive effect on libido soft dick issues??

Current dosing 400 test p, 250 npp down from 300, 150 tren a, 50 anodrol and 50 proviron. 3.3 ghg at night divided by mwf dosing

Please advise. Have night away planned with girlfriend next week and wife almost done with her monthly. Pressure is on to perform boys!! Lol thanks!!

Had rest night in between only due to working very late Friday night. Will hit legs in the morning before taking the wife to sushi and movies tomorrow. Traveling for work Monday and Tuesday but should get good workout time in both days and a night of happy gf time too as long as dick continues to come around.

Around 200 on protein, still low on fat prolly 40-50 range. Carbs under 50 except this evening dinner had a big dough ball Chinese thing from Asian store. They have egg and sausage in them and fucking delicious. Dinner the last few nights chicken and avacado. Protein and steel cut oats for breakfast.

Dick feeling little better today. Did not inject npp last night, took test from 400 to 500 and tren from 150 to 250 (mwf equivalent) planning on that again Monday and then getting npp back into cycle at some level maybe 200 or 250 on Wednesday. That would give me 2 to 1 test/npp and leave tren at 250. Hoping libido holds that dosing better than the higher npp. I had read it was ok to run npp at higher doses than traditional 2/1 test/deca but must not be ok for me so will see how I do with it and then decide to creep it up or just leave at 2/1 and not push my luck. Strength and endurance doing very good. Work outs are long and solid. Recovery next day non existent. On my way to beast mode!

Test and tren only for last 3 injections. Test at 500 ten at 300. Libido is back to normal and probably to the more extreme side. Going to add npp back in at 150 (weekly equivalent) tomorrows injection. If that goes well will probably leave there or maybe take up just a click and leave everything be.

Hadn’t checked in for a bit and wanted to do so. All and all everything moving along alright. Abs are coming back and feeling good. Working them 2 days and off one or two. Last night was the first time I was really sore in a few places. Push and pull both nights were great work outs and still feeling my chest delts and biceps a little today. Great leg day today and will feel it tomorrow I’m sure. Rest day and travel day tomorrow. Have 4 nights out of town but will hit work outs perfectly mon push tues pull wed legs and travel rest again Thursday.

Eating has been good just still short on fats. I know I know I just keep forgetting to add oil to shakes. Oatmeal or two pieces Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread about every other day for breakfast. If it’s good enough for jay cutler well then fuck ya! Lol 50 g Protein shake first thing in morning and another mid or later morning. No lunch. Mild pre workout, l arginine and the second half of my anodrol and proviron about 20-30 mins before work out. Work out and another 50 g protein shake after. Dinner has been rotisserie chicken or a salad this week. Had two pieces of French toast and eggs with bacon this morning when wife cooked breakfast.

My appetite has been down it seems. I’ve been leaving the brown rice out and more or less forcing down dinner each night knowing that I need something. Around 150 protein 30 fat ish and under 50 carbs this week minus the French toast this morning. What little stomach flab is there is slowly going away, side flab is really noticeable disappearing. Up a couple lbs but could just be water weight fluctuation as well. Please advise on the diet.

Blood pressure up a little. Give blood every 10 weeks so not worried. I’m winded more after almost every set maybe worse than normal but I’m also pushing reps sets and weight about every night too. But an observation to note for sure.

Libido has been silly and now know what exactly is tren dick is. I could roof a house with my dick and then the neighbors. Wife actually said after sex night before last “what the fuck” haha

I did put npp back in last night at 150 weekly equivalent. Split the complete dose in half and put in both my thighs. Was scared to put that much juice in only one thigh. Oh, I did go back to 1.5” needle for glut injections too. Both injections with the 1” seemed to leave a knot and was slightly sore. I think the 1.5” gets just that little bit deeper and disperses better. I inject super slow and then massage for several minutes and seems to work well. For those keeping track I’m at 500 test p 300 tren a 150 npp. 2 weeks left of 50 anodrol split dose. I’ll keep the 50 proviron all the way through this cycle.

Definitely more irritable this week. Little things at work and home both bothering me but hopefully catching myself and not being too much of a dick. But much snappier for sure.

Let me know what I’ve forgotten. I will be out of town for a few days but will check back in late next week or next weekend.

Last night was the first time I was really sore in a few places. Push and pull both nights were great work outs and still feeling my chest delts and biceps a little today. Great leg day today and will feel it tomorrow I’m sure. Rest day and travel day tomorrow. Have 4 nights out of town but will hit work outs perfectly mon push tues pull wed legs and travel rest again Thursday.

Eating has been good just still short on fats. I know I know I just keep forgetting to add oil to shakes. Oatmeal or two pieces Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread about every other day for breakfast. btw if you use npp might as well use deca durabolin, i find it more effective post injury

Came home a day early. Only worked on legs for 45 mins tonight. Leg extensions, squats, hip thrust and coupe set reverse crunches. Will more than likely have a rest day tomorrow unless I get home earlier than expected. Got home late and hungry tonight. Started to work out and just wasn’t feeling it. So said fuck it and cooked dinner.

Worked on chest and shoulders for over two hours night before last and almost two and a half last night biceps and front and side raises. Hit abs hard both nights. Couple great nights but exhausted today and had to drive 7 hours home.

Ate salad and fish the last 2 nights on the road and fajita meat with onion and peppers tonight for dinner. Oatmeal for breakfast the last two days as well. 2 pieces Ezekiel bread for breakfast tomorrow and have lunch meeting so will just have a salad and left over fajitas for supper. 150 protein shakes the last three days plus all my meats. Have been adding mct oil to all my shakes to get fat numbers back up.

Cut npp completely out tonight. After just two small doses added seems like I can feel it lowering libido. Doesn’t make sense but not fooling with it anymore and should have let it go a week ago. Maybe just a mental thing but fuck it. What started as a test/npp with slight tren polisher has turned right into a test/tren stand alone rather quickly. I was able to run deca at 350 with 500 test e and no problems. Not sure why the npp seems to effecting me so hard but done fooling with it. I’ll try strictly test/npp at a later time especially since I have plenty on hand. The 500 test p and 300 tren a seems to be lighting things up and very pleased with where it seems to be going. Still doing 50 anadrol and 50 proviron as well.

Did add another .5 to the astrozole dose for a total of 2.0 for the week. Did notice that the left side of my chest is slightly bigger than the right side. What I really noticed was the right side being slightly smaller first and you have to stare at a couple different angles but it is. Maybe it’s just growing a little quicker and maybe I’m crazy. Again, it’s not a big difference but there is a difference. Thoughts??

Mood is still on the grumpy side but I typically run on the grumpier side anyway.

if you doing NPP and libido issues
you should use some dostinex with it must be a prolactin problem

dont worry which is bigger which side is not it will even out
