Post Cycle and feeling great!

This is my first time with a 16 weeker and I have been off now for about 7 days and I feel great. I actually have more energy for day to day activitys. Obviously gains at the gym aren't like while on.

I stopped all long ester gear in week 13, test prop week 15 and winstrol week 16. I ran the HCG along with the winstrol and it was phenomenal for strength and keeping estro and prog sides away. I have been off hcg and winny for 7 days now and using clomid/nolva/proviron/aifm.
 
Thats how its been for me too. I always, luckily, make a very smooth transaction from being on to off. The only time I may start to see some decrease in strength is by about month 3. Otherwise if diet and training are in check it goes well. Howd the cycle go by the way?
 
ive been over for a couple weeks now too and i feel great as well.... no clomid i think is why i feel this good, but who knows,

also using hcg and proviron for the first time and loving the combo
 
My cycle went great! I used a test and eq base and added winstrol and primo in at different points in the cycle. The other compouund that I really feel made a big difference in this cycle was the use of proviron as an anti e and also T3 for metabolism of the high amount of protein I was consuming.

I noramlly recover pretty well since I keep diet, sleep, and trainning in check and don't party very much at all. Its weird but post cycle I am so concerned with keeping the gains I made that I actually and stricter with diet, making sure I get 8-9 hours rest with a nap or to, and I train like an animal in the gym even if strength decreases a bit.

Heavy leg days will get you test stimulated in a hurry.
 
How long can I run the clomid/proviron/aifm for? I know typically its 3 weeks or so.... but is there any benefit of running the clomid longer? I am feeling fine on the clomid and will run it longer it it will better recovery.

You are example of what a good cycle does, take a break, plan your next cycle.
