Possible to do too much Cardio?

If you want to cup up- you hav to hav muscle to cut up- if already have enough, great......

Common sense should NOT tell you more is better- that is a principle from econmics, not proper physical training. Too much is not better than enough.

Weight training is far more effective as a tool for weight managment than excessive cardio. There are a lot of studies and articles on this. Good luck!

Most part I agree, split it up between cardio and lifting. Plus, if you do too much cardio, it is possible that you will have that "skinny-fat" look! Ya know, a small person but with flab hanging around.

I was on the bike the other day, and it was so intense that I could hardly breathe during parts of it or when it was all over, and I definitely wasn't looking for any conversation. Same thing for today. By intense I mean at least 90% effort starting after I was warmed up.
Once you pass a certain level of intensity, your body changes fuel sources. You begin to burn things that you want to keep. Fat is actually not the body's preffered fuel source.
