Possible signs of overtraining....

Well I'm in week 5 of an EQ/Test/Dbol/Winny cycle...been getting crazy pumps in the arms, and hence, my arms have been killing me! After my chest/shoulder wrokout today, my front delts were in so much pain, i couldn't move them. You know that pain you feel when you do that last rep to failure? and it usually goes away in a couple seconds right? Well I felt that pain for about 10mins afterwards...am i overtraining if i get this pain?

I wouldn't worry about it to much.

I have changed up my shoulder workout, I finish off with reverse cable crosses, and I do them to failure.

I am lucky to get my car started when I leave the gym and the post workout pump lasts a good 1/2 hour.

I can't see where this would be considered overtraining. You probably fatigued the muscle so much that it just hurt you more than normal. Sounds like my kind of training, good work bro.:D

well, overtraining is not something you really notice the way you are speaking of here.

If you stay sore for days and days, or notice your weight/reps actually dropping week-to-week, if its getting hard to sleep, ir you appetite drops, etc, you ay be overtraining.

Yes you CAN overtrain while ON.

I'm just worried that if I keep breaking down the same muscles, they will never get the chance to heal and grow. I think i need to change my routine around a bit.

I'm thinking of doing tri's with chest/ front shoulders, and and bi's with back.

in my case

hey I think i did overtrain my shoulders

I hit delt on thursday, saturday I couldn't bench press s**** and i had a hard time stabilizing the bar.

I won't do delts this week to see what happens......

Well with AS overtraining isnt bad. I overtrained on AS. I was sure to take alot of vitamins with glutamine. I think you are just killing it in the gym. Thats a great things. Go get swole bro.

Ya I think I'm overtraining, I workout biceps and triceps 3 days out of 5. And know my arms are big, and my other parts are not!!!
Shit I better change my workout.
