possible heart prob?

Yeah I guess my pain is musculoskeletal as well since I'm not an anxious person and my doc sent me to a cardiologist b/c of the sxs I reported to him.
I get stabbing pains right on my ticker all the time. Sometimes it feels like dozens of tiny needles poking me right over my heart, but other times it's like a knife. Sometimes I feel it up into my left shoulder and even into my back at times. I've never had it all the way across my chest though, or felt the pressure someone mentioned. My doc sent me to a cardiologist a year ago who did an echo and said my heart looked fine and I've had two ekg's which looked all good too. My total chol has been checked every year for the last 3 and it's never been over 190 and my triglycerides are never been over like 70 so I dont see what it could be angina from clogged arteries.
I've had pretty much every standard test except an angiogram.

steroids can and will give people serious health problems dont listen to that stupid shit on "oh where are the bodies" crap plenty drop dead all the time
