Yea it was alot of fun, the girls were very motivating, I met Sylvia Tremblay there, she's great, and so friendly.

Ok I'll send them to you tonight :)

Which competition are you doing QT?
A level 1 figure comp with the OPA I wanted to do the one in May but that is looking like wishful thinking as there is a lot more then diet and training that need to be done to be ready for that. There is another one in September that is looking a bit more realistic.

There's a lot of information out there, and you need to keep in mind which organization you are planning on competing in. I highlighted the ones with some good specific information. There's a great photo of several different styles of posing in there that I marked to give you an idea of the variation. Not all of them are correct and the judges can pick out who is the experienced or well-educated poser & who isn't. Also that Repetrope link to all the videos is probably one of the definitive sources because they are the "official" video provider of NPC & IFBB activities.

Yea I know that there's alot of other things a girl needs to do, besides diet and train. I'm doing a show in May. Well good luck to you hun, whether you decide to compete in May or September.

And like Daisy and Sassy said, different organizations do require slightly different posing. You show check the website of the organization to see their requirements they usually have them listed.

Sassy great info. :)
