This isn't news.
Porn laws are not by state or federal... they are by county.
Laws change every 50 feet in this country regarding what is and what is not legal to send via the mail.
Hence, there are ONLY five major porn distributors in the country. They maintain their monoply by having cataloged the individual shipping laws of each state and county. Whenever a new duck tries to bust their monoply... they rat them out to the feds for illegal shipping.
