i'm tryin new diets but i realize that my parents always cook pork(stirfried with vegetables) at night and they pretty much get mad if i dont eat it, i am wondering, is pork extremely bad for diets if i'm trying to cut down fat and gain some muslce,i'm 6''1 and weight 187, but a little bit chubby. Thanks

Lean pork is a good as most beef pieces

You can find pork meat with about 5% fat

Another good thing about pork is the price. Under $3 lb for the tbone cut where I live. Tastes good on a grill.

I tried some boneless porkchops from jewel on my foreman grill last week, wasn't really happy about the taste.

i am not crazy about pork as a meat but i have wondered why this is a food you never hear recommended for bodybuilding diets, like chicken, beef, and fish. is pork not a meat high in protein?

pork is very high in protein and can be extrmely lean. It's the other white meat, as good as chicken if high in quality

If you don't like the taste then add some zing to it.

I use pepper sauce. Franks is the name of the stuff and you can get it for $7.99 for a gallon at Sams Club.
