when i was 16 my girlfriend and I at the time were both virgins and we were drinking one night. I lost mine at 17. The chick jumped me. Who could be happier your a 17 year old boy and your girlfriend jumps your bones. I kinda wish i waited now cause that chick went Looney. Yes, average age is around 22 for gay guys. If I hadn't been gay I would have lost my virginity younger. But as a gay person you have lots of hurdles to cross first - coming out, self acceptance, etc, etc.

Often gay guys lose their virginity to women during their denial stage. If you looked at the average age when gay men have their first gay experience it is probably even older than 22.
