200 is basically a HRT dose. Go with at least 400 or even 500. Make sure u have proper PCT before u start as well

Hrt is 100-125mg a week. 200mg a week will put you around 1100. That's well above normal.

Is 200mg per week even noticeable?

It depends on the person. My early cycles were only 250mg per week and I grew like a weed.
For most folks though I would suggest 400mg-500mg per week.
