Just remember Discreet that you don't necessarily need to bump it up every cycle. I agree that going up to 500 for your next sounds good, but just keep in mind that 500 might last you several cycles before you have to go up.
After listening to some really big and strong guys I'm starting to think that 1gram might be all that's necessary for maximal gains off test and this for a BIG guy.
I could be full of shit. I haven't run more than 500 yet and don't see any need to for a good while, but really when your test levels are like sky high off 500-750mg and you're barely eating over maintenance to keep your 6 pack you can't expect to slab on pounds of muscle and get big gains in strength if you don't eat for it.
Alot of guys seem to equate more gear to more gains and I believe this is true to a point, but #1 is food. IF you aren't eating enough to boost bodyweight/muscle up then regardless if you're using 250-1gram or whatever you aren't going to gain like you maybe think you could.
Anyhow just thought I'd throw that in there.
