What's up everyone. I'm a first time poster, long time lurker.
There's been a lot of talk here about the Poliquin Claves routine. I've been doing it for 2 1/2 weeks now and have had great results. They've gone from 14 3/4" to 15". Calves have always been hard for me to train and get results with, so I am super pumped about this workout because I'm an ectomorph with long skinny forearms and calves. After the first day I could hardly walk and my calves didn't stop hurting for 6 days! Unreal. Anybody else getting results from this workout? I urge everyone to go ahead and try it!
