I can't entirely blame the cop. I too was under the assumption that day that it was "beat a mentally challenged person" day.

I think that little bitch deserved to get punched in the face. He assulted a police officer from what ive read so I think he got off easy. He hardly had any marks on him at all. He should have been worked over a bit but like other said they should have done it back at the station. I also think when punk bitches run from police officers they should be allowed to put a bullet in the back of the punks head.

Whereas, I will be more than happy to pull a few among thousands of ACTUAL court cases where African-Americans have been deemed to be the targets of individous discrimination by your peers----jurors. I suppose your peers lie also, right?

For every case that has proven discrimination, there are 100 cases claiming discrimination that were thrown out.

Its an easy defense for anyone, just claim discrimination, you need no proof, just a bunch of assumptions.

I really don't give a shit whether it was inglewood or salt lake city, I typed this topic in about 2 mintues just to get it up and going at work. So why don't you back off you maroon.

Second, if the cop has a history of excessive force then they should investigate, but so far, everyone is quick to convict without a fair trial.

Hey RyanH you are such a defender of the accused. Why aren't you defending this cops rights of fair trial, innocent till proven guilty, civil rights etc.

We don't know what happened, prior to the video, but if it had been me and I had been struck to the point of bleeding, that kid would have been in a real hurt locker. Only difference is it would have been prior to being cuffed.
