Do any of you cut back on your fiber intake? I eat a decent amount and supplement with psyllium husk at night. I cut out the psyllium husk, and it seems to be helping. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water after I take the psyllium?
Right before bed I have a protein shake and 3 tbsp psyllium with flax. I find I feel full until about 10 the next morning, and I work out in the morning... I drink 2L of water before bed, too. The psyllium bloats, I think, and even tho I've been taking it for months, I don't think I can get over it.
ok... the other night, I took my kids for a run, and I felt much much better the next day... the exercise that late in the day helped...
