Plyometrics

it would b ok if monday wednisday and frdiay was lower body plyos

tues and thurs uper body..

some teams a and coaches use like plyos as a part of warmups...

Some peple i kno that went t a football camp were doing trple seasions..and doing plyos at all the sessions and doing some decently high impact plyos...

but the program said your legs need to be worked hard to get better results because you work them all day and stuff. but what u say is tru and i always thought like that.
