I'm looking for a bit of help with a diet.I'm 5ft7 and 130lbs and 26yrs old.i'm starting my first serious cycle of deca,sus and dbol for 12weeks.looking to gain alot of weight and muscle but I'm stuck with my diet.could anyone pls recommend a day to day diet for me to reach my goals{180-195lbs}.how much protein,carbs etc do i need every day?
