pls help with a diet

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a bit of help with a diet.I'm 5ft7 and 130lbs and 26yrs old.i'm starting my first serious cycle of deca,sus and dbol for 12weeks.looking to gain alot of weight and muscle but I'm stuck with my diet.could anyone pls recommend a day to day diet for me to reach my goals{180-195lbs}.how much protein,carbs etc do i need every day?

I really appreciate everyones help and all info.thanks
 
trust me ive done loads of reading just looking for some advice from some people on this board.ive been lifting for yrs and eat atleast 6meals a day but dont think i get my balance of carbs,protein etc and can't get any gains atall.

ok, good.

If you can't gain weight at all you need to eat more, probably have a fast metabolism.

Post up your diet if you like.
 
8am-3 slices whole wheat bread with jam or butter,tin of tuna.large glass of milk

10:30am-ham and cheese sandwitch on whole wheat bread,2 bananas and a bowl of fruit{melon}large glass of milk

1pm-steak or 2 pieces chicken filet with bake patatoes and veg with large fruit drink and apple and banana

3:30pm-another ham and cheese sandwitch with glass of milk.

6pm-steak or chicken with patatoes and veg with two rolls and large apple juice

9pm-tin of tuna on two slices whole wheat bread with glass of milk.

11pm-12pm medium bowl of paste.

through out the day ill drink about 3 litres of water aswell.
I know it all looks dull and boring but i dont mind eating the same food over and over again.I dont eat eggs thats why you dont see any.this diet proberly needs alot of work for me to make the gains i want.i appreciate all the info that I will hopefully get on this site.thanks everyone.
 
plug those into fitday and get the macros.....

and read up in this forum....plenty of great logs and and diet info to follow
