hey Jen they one site was GREAT..kneeguru....I haven't seen that one and they had alot of info on the MCL

Okay apt on Tuesday that was the soonest I could get a referal......but a little better today so I am holding out hope LOL

Do you take any ibuprofen? Next time you may want to try docing with some pre work-out to help deter any inflammation in the joint. ICe after every leg work-out. You can also do recipriocal ice and heat. Ice 20, heat 20 and so forth. Try even doing some massage to loosen up the surrounding muscles.
You always have some good informative treatment to help people! Must come with the MT you do! Would give you K, but it won't let me!!!!

You know I will do that...I use heat alot just for the healing...I use it everytime I do legs and never have any pain....guess what I didn't do monday :worried:
