If you read my journal (it's not much lol) but I changed my traing around to include working legs 4 times..you have to read it to understand...anyway...I did pilte squats with 45# db and got done and said hmmm knee is a little sore nothing new....and went on blah blah blah....well here I sit with ice and a swollen MCL and behind the knee pain all that has kept me off the heavy leg weights for almost a year.....I"M SOOOOOOO bummed..I called the ortho and they said R.I.C.E and see what happens by monday.........
