please i need diet help!!!

iv just joined and at 5.5 and 164lb i desperately want to lose weight but i only have a small budget say 20pounds a week and i dont have much time to prepare meals i need my diet to be between 1200 and 1500calories i would like to eat 3-6x a day and not use raw eggs as i cannot stomach this! any ideas pleassssseeeeee i would like to get down to 137lb and eventually 120lb please i need help im so depressed about my body also i cant afford to go to the gym and the only equipment i use is the dumbells and a mini lateral trainer. for my legs.:jenscat
 
Walking, bicycling and going up and down stairs instead of taking the elevator are all free fortunately. :)

What is it that you do for a living? Are you basically sedentary or do you have work that requires more movement ie bartending?

As for your meals... We don't just spoonfeed here. We educate our members so they can learn what works best for them. Every body reacts differently to different foods/activities. If you are serious about being in this for the long haul, then read, read, ask questions then read some more and ask MORE questions! We want you to learn everything you possibly can!

Knowledge here is free, but the hard work, now that is YOUR PART!

Read the diet sticky in the Women's forum. It gives a lot of information and helps you to determine the right about of calories in vs calories out. After reading that I was able to reach my goal weight and then some.
 
You need to change your habits gradually or you will end up with lots of loose skin...

So let us know what you usually eat in a normal day (be explicit please) and tell us more about your dialy activity habits.

Regarding options for exercise... the only thing you need is willpower even if you don't go to a gym, you can achieve lots with what you have... but it will be a good idea if you buy a rope to jump.
