iv just joined and at 5.5 and 164lb i desperately want to lose weight but i only have a small budget say 20pounds a week and i dont have much time to prepare meals i need my diet to be between 1200 and 1500calories i would like to eat 3-6x a day and not use raw eggs as i cannot stomach this! any ideas pleassssseeeeee i would like to get down to 137lb and eventually 120lb please i need help im so depressed about my body also i cant afford to go to the gym and the only equipment i use is the dumbells and a mini lateral trainer. for my legs.
