Please help with injection timing in reference to workout

Please help hopefully this is the rite place.I take 100 mg of test prop a week.this is not a on off cycle its permanent. I do one extreme workout day a week the rest are cardio and legs LOL. Lets say I pin sun what day should I do my big workout sat sun or mon and should I split my injection in half and pin twice a week.

Why the hell would you pin Test P once or even twice per week? It's a short ester, and needs pinned every other day. I don't understand what you are trying to accomplish here

So your saying your cruising at only 100 mg a week AND to top it off its prop? You have no clue what your doing and you need to stop now!

You sure you meant TEST PROP? Perhaps its ENAN or CYP?
 
Its the sam thing you get from a doc for testosterone therapy there are eay less risk side effects because of the prop and because your not constantly on extra testosterone I like my hair and not to have to take a bunch of pills that run through my liver to battle side effects and do post cycle therapy not that I will never do a cycle.my life hss changed completely over the last six weeks im not stopping shit and I decided to pin 24 hours before I workout.still undecided about once or twice a week

Propinate is short ester and effects flatlines at 48-72 hours, thats why you need to pin every other day. This also keeps your blood values stable. You sir, should reconsider your approach. This sounds like fking your shit up.
 
Oh, while im at it, one extreme workout once a week is not very beneficial, especially if we are counting 2 hours of workout and up. Body is tiring and begins to elevate cortisol, which is catabolic and will ruin the effectivityof your workout and render you weaker. If not its perhaps an endless platau. Extreme is alright, but not for a long period of time. In case you didnt know. You can train long and you can train hard, but you just cant do both! Ofc depending on your goals.
 
I get testosterone cypionate from my doctor for TRT. Sure as shit wouldn't accept any prop from some quack trying to pass that off as a once a week injection drug. Better find a new doc or make sure you got your facts right.

LoL. Are you seeing an endocrine specialist? Get a second opinion, and double check your facts. Something doesn't add up here.
 
I got it from a guy who is number one at 220lbs in multiple professional state and country wide events I do one extreme workout per muscle group split across several days im doing what I was told and researched to be safest an I know the guy in person so until I am convinced differently by a total combination of opion facts

What the hell? You're getting a totally different opinion because nobody cycles like that. I don't care what some state champion in idiocracy is telling you. Have you even done your own research on what you're taking???
 
Yes his logic seemed correct no one can argue that test prop is safest and made sense to me that u would have less side effects because your not always on test only problem would be fluctuating test levels that haven't bothered me yet at end of week six as to my friend im not sure where he is ranked intellectually he is a meat head after all although he didn't get where he is by accident

Are you working out once a week or how many days a week are you working out (with weights)? I would think if your doing test prop only once or twice a week, it would mess up your hormone balance and cause estrogen spikes with no test in your system on the days your not pinning after a while. Maybe someone with more experience can chime in on this one. How are your gains coming along since starting 6 weeks ago?

You are supposed to have constant levels of test and stable blood levels. That is the point. If you only pin short esters before a workout, it will be test level roller coaster that INCREASES sides. You are doing it all wrong bro. I don't care what this fictitious pro bodybuilder meathead you know says. If you aren't going to listen to advice in here, why the fuck did you start a thread asking for help? If you aren't going to listen to the advice here, maybe you should go ask your meathead buddy since he knows it all already.
 
yep. unstable blood levels of test and estrogen will cause problems. believe me. And test prop once a week will give you unstable (and quite low) average T levels.
