shit i think the only real advice for this guy is to..

Also, he is like me in that I look A LOT younger than I am. So he might want to stick to the younger chicks (-2 years or so). If he can some kind of facial hair it might look well on him also - just don't go over board with it.

it's sooooo easy to get laid in Boland. Even by the hot girls if you know how to get in there.
i ran that shit when i was a freshman 2 years ago before i got booted.
he just needs to not give a fuck, make himself look presentable with new clothes, ditch the glasses, hit the gym, and spike his hair.

There was always one or two floors stacked with fine ass bitches, and most of them were coke/weed whores that looked good.
you tell him he better take advantage of it...because after freshman year shit goes downhill bigtime at that school. Freshman it's basically meet/people party in the dorm, and sometimes go to house parties/clubs/bars.
but since the cops became dicks in south orange it's pretty much become a bar school. If he can get an ID and go to South Orange grille or Jumbalaya's he'll find alot of drunk chicks.
