wtf are we evaluating for? Your T is high, your E is high. you want meaningful info give us some info and a meaningful question.

Sorry for my ignorance. I thought it was a meaningful question. Other than high T and E, I don't know how the other two affect. Just know I'm now having ED, my libido is in the garbage and I'm having trouble losing weight.

Test C - 380 split 2x week
HCG - .30 mg 2xweek
TestStack - 3 pills ED
GW-501516 - 20 EOD
PT-141 - .10 mg EOD
Arimidex - .5 mg EOD
Why are you using a natty T booster while on exogenous testosterone? And HCG come sin iu's not mgs and certainly not dosages of 30.

And you;re using adex and your estro is 150. Something is very fucked up and I doubt an endo can help short of him telling you to stop taking everything you;re taking.

I'm not sure why your libido is down with what you are on. As for weight loss, you are on cycle with high estrogen so of course weight loss will be an issue. Fat loss is a whole different story. I dont know what your diet is either
Your libido is in the garbage cause your Estrogen is way high. Taking Test Stack doesn't make any sense right now so you can stop that. Also how long have you been on Arimidex at that dose? I'm guessing not very long. How long have you been doing Cypionate? You need to give us details brother cause there are numerous factors.

About 2 weeks. Hoping it will start helping E go lower soon.
About 6 months, but only on about 180 the first 4 months. I bumped it up about 2 months ago.
I'm willing to give all details desired... just don't know what specific details are needed. I hope the above addresses some. Thanks again for your time, all.

.5mg eod adex is a dose for trt doses of 100mg wk test, your taking like 7x that and you expect it to control estrogen? Your likely feeling like crap cause your E is through the roof.

When I said 380 split 2 times a week I meant 190, 2 times a week. I'm sure the high E is what's causing most of my problems. I just don't know what the low LH and the low FSH come into play. Will those be corrected when my E comes down to normal? I need more arimidex to counter the E?
even at 380 total a week, your still looking at about 4 times the amount of normal tests yet not using 4x the amount of adex so your E is as expected.
I dont mean to be a dick, but if you dont understand what FSH and LH are then you seriously have no business self medicating with AAS.
Just google LH and FSH and do some reading. They are in the tank because you are taking test, once again its to be expected.

LH and FSH are going to be near zero when you are taking exogenous hormones that shut you down. There's no way they wouldn't be while on cycle
for what you are on your labs are normal. of course a doc is gonna look at your bloods and send you to someone else cause he has no clue, they aren't taught anything about steroids in med school.
as for libido I wish it was that simple.. for the stuff you are on your libido is in the tank because of outside reasons.. there are many reasons why libido would be low like stress, anxiety, low confidence etc. but also you could be taking something else you aren't saying like anti-depressants or some type of drug that kills libido.

Okay Arimidex takes a long time to start working cause it doesn't get rid of the E you currently have. It could literally take 6-8wks to lower your E. Either get some Aromisin or take 0.5mg of Arimidex everyday for the next 2-3 weeks then drop back to eod.

Thank you all for your comments. I'm getting new bloods in a week and I'll know more about where I stand. Have already cut back on Test to 280/week and cut out TestStack as suggested. Also takinig Arimidex everyday now. Finally starting to feel
