F fortunatesun MVP EF VIP Jun 1, 2009 #4 Would have been better if you had loaded up the bar for 1/2 squats. And really, though I've nothing against using a Swiss Ball, next time perform them in the rack so as to deny that particular piece of equipment to anyone wanting to do curls.
