HOW DOES THIS LOOK?
 
Looks excellent HS.

The only suggestion I might make is to try to work mon, tues, thurs, fri.....instead of mon, tues, wed, fri. That way your workload is a little more even and the rest day in the middle gives your body a better scheduled rest period. Also, are you not working abs at all?

Other than that, it looks like a great routine to me.

Im gonna take your advice and put the rest day in the middle.

As for the abs, I do them twice a week at home, doing crunchs, leg tucks(where you bring your legs up to your stomach)

BTW I just did chest and shoulders, and i can barely type.ahhh
 
Good. The rest day in the middle should really help you as far as recovery goes. Twice a week for abs is perfect, three days at most.
