Hey guys, I'm currently on cycle right now, but these pics are BEFORE the cycle really kicked in. What do you guys think? Do you see anything I could improve? I have done a few bulking cycles before and have NEVER cut. I am just naturally lean, but am unsure of my bf%. It would be great if you guys could take a good guess at what it is. Thanks bros!

you look very good bro, you must be a hard gainer to be on that much gear and not weigh more than that or hold any more water than that, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, you probably are going to have to eat SHITLOADS of calories to really gain a lot of muscle. You have a very nice base and good separation, hard to tell from the pics exactly what you need to work on, i'd just concentrate on the basics, deads, squats, presses etc to put on mass, that should be your biggest goal from what i can see.
 
About what I look like right now except for lower bf. I am getting there. I am shorter though, will prolly be around 180 at the same bf level or less. Good job.
I'm guessing your late teens early twenties. You might want to try eating like a mofo if you want to get bigger. There are two ways to do it though. You can eat everything in sight no matter what, gain a lot of bf then cut down, or you can eat healthy but eat tons of it (This is the hardest to do financially and strictly), but this way you don't add the bf, just the lean mass. I have a friend that has the similar problem as you, just he won't eat like he should. Anyway I don't know what your goals are so I am not going to say you are too small. For me I cannot get too big or I won't be able to compete in my sport.

Your shoulder and tricep picture looks real good. Probably wear alot of sleeveless shirts, huh? Hehehe. It looks like you could use a little more upper chest. Keep up the hard work. Update us at the end of your cycle.
 
DDR has got it there. eat and eat until there is no tomorrow. Looks pretty tight thtough man. You are defintley a hardgainer bro. No point in you ever doing a cutting cycle. Stick to the mass builders. If I were you I would take some dbol instead of the drol. It is very potent, and you dont have to do the doses that you do for drol. How far are you into the cycle?

Test + Dbol + as much protein as you can eat and you multiply dude, trust me.

Pics look pretty good man. Hard to really see your legs from that pose. You seem to be in proportion. What is your back like?

Yes, I hold literally virtually NO water when on cycle. I'm a very hard gainer and always have been. The good thing about this is that the mass I do put on is very lean. Karma to you man, I really appreciate the thoguhtful input!

You guessed right on with the age. And yes, I eat as much as I can, but should still try to eat more. It literally doesn't matter what I eat. I could eat snacks all day and I wont gain any fat. Thank god for my metabolism and genetics.

Thanks for the comments Little Rage and hvywghtchamp, I agree my upper chest needs some major work. This is proabbly why my chest is the weaker link of my body.

Mavy, conserning the legs, I could squat 555lbs for 1 about 4 months ago....my legs are extremely powerful. This is also due to the fact I was a baseball catcher for many years. My last cycle consisted of dbol and test. I'm 2.5wks into my cycle. As far as my back is conserned I lat pull 200lbs for 10 reps of 5 sets. My back is poretty thick, but VERY shredded. Ill get a pic when i can get someone to take it.

Since I'm going to go all out on this cycle i may run dbol and 'drol back to back, or with a small break to see how i react to each. Try not to flame me guys lol. I really appreciate everyones comments and karma to everybody! lol. Thanks again guys.

Looks good man, were on about same boat as being hardgainers IM 6'1 almost 6'2 weigh 177lbs...the lbs pound up there slowly for me...we look about the same on the chest and stomach area, but you got me beat for sure in the arms, good work...Im considering first cycle test sust 500mg for 10weeks. plus post cycle treatment and thats it....Im a super hard gainer so from what I see maybe second cycle sometime next year will be dbol and test, cause my goal at being 6'1 is like 220lbs...keep up the good work.

Bad idea...you are going over board on the juice. Espesially since you are having trouble gaining. Diet is the key, juice just helps if out.


I apologize if I come across as a dick...but it kind of pisses me off seeing you shell out karma to anyone who compliments you, and you get pissed anytime you here some constructive criticism. But whatever, good job so far, and good luck w/ the rest of your cycle...
 
Napolean, sorry if it seans like I'm the kidna guy that goes off on everyone for critisizing me. I dont do that. Loook up my thread "My Cycle Progression" and theres alot of flames there, but i dont really get mad. As far as the squat, i understand if you dont believe me as i expect it. I agree that taller guys have a harder time squating due to height. Don't forget that I was a catcher for quite a few years. And as far as my genetics, I have just barely tapped into them. I may be a hard gainer, but I have never met anyone with quite as good genetics as me. As far as the shelling out karma, why not? I asked for people to critique my body and tell me what they think I should work on/how i look. Does this mean if someone gives me a compliment i cannot compliment them back with a little karma? (wasn't meant to sound dick-like). Like I said, I will give karma to those who complimented me and critiqued me, as well as you Napolean. I really appreciate you even taking the time to post and the such. I'll try to get a video camera to get that squat on film, been trying to for awhile since no one believes me except my spotters and my gym-goers.

DecaBane, my arms are by far the best part on my body as far as gaining. My goal is to be 250lbs @ 6%bf. Thatsw my life goal of course.

Squatting 555lbs at a bodyweight of 185lbs@6'3 is pretty amazing. That's 3times bodyweight and considering you are so tall, well you can win a bunch of competitions. I know I got 45lbs on you and same height (with a little bit more fat) and no where close to 555lbs squat.

If you can do that squat with perfect form then you can win a lot of competitions bro. You should really look into this, it'll be fun and you can make some money.

if it wasnt for my damned chicken legs i might weigh more.. my chest is about 48 right now with a 31 waist, but i've only been on a d-bol only cycle... im workin on gettin some good juice right now for my next cycle.. my goal is 215lbs @ 8%bf, so im hopin for 25lbs of gain next time around

My back could use a little widening, but its very ripped (as said by others). I'll get a picture of it asap. As far as my traps, they have decent size, but I've been careful not to work them too hard because I dont want them too big. Concerning diet, there is none! I literally eat anything and everything I want, all day. Nice metabolism, eh?

Whatever. You could put about 50 lbs more muscle on your frame naturally. And like hell you can squat 555 lbs. Maybe a quarter squat.
 
Well I actually weigh only 170 and on squats I go 5*10 starting with 315 on up to 585, so I dont know, and they are full squats, I dont sit down or anything but I get the hams worked good by going down strictly at a level resistance to where im able to make it back up.He could beef up, but for some people its harder like he said,but if hes determined he'll get there.

---Can someone give me some tips on how to gain some weight,cause I eat like a dam horse but between working out and eating it remains the same for metabolism, at 170-180.Im trying to gain up to 250 for now, and advice would be helpful.

By the way people who are not natural, your only cheating yourself especially if your under age 21. Ive been weight training for going on 4 yrs now and have not ever used roids, dont say its genetics,its called determination and thats the way Itll remain unless I decide to take them later on in life when I reach my absloute peak.

i think you look awesome but come on, i have 2 friends who are 5'10", 240, 7% (almost competition time) and 5'8", 225, 9% (same competition, looks alot lower in bf than 9%). these guys look straight out the magazine and they hardly profess their greatness.

you squat 555lbs.? could you post pics of the squat (weight on the bar, you under the bar, etc.).

i'm not calling you out but i am a speed/strength coach and the guys we sent to the combine towered you in every aspect and the most weight i saw go up was 650 lbs. by a 290 pound d-lineman, he was 6'8". i am not flaming you but i don't believe you.

haha Well first you have to get your posts up to 500. Or sign up for a platinum membership. Then you have to shrink a picture down to 100X100 pixels and you can upload it into your avatar in the edit options section. Hope that helps

haha Hey brute! I posted some of the newer ones on the picture thread. Alot of them are just the same poses over and over again haha. I took 10 of each pose for a total of about 140 new pics. Some of the pics in the gallery are a little old also. Hopefully Ill have some better ones in april!!

haha You commented on them! Atleast i think so They are from september 18th and thats when I posted them. They are on the member photos section for sure. I have 2 posts on there. Checkem out if ya get the chance! haha

hmmm... yea i saw those but the ones where you "actually" see your face, i don't remember seein those though. i'll look. tb

Im not too sure you wanna see my face! It aint too pretty! All twisted with metal and horns coming from my nose. :D 9 piercings on my face alone one in my throat

khemix I think your pictures look great, it's nice to see someone with my height post a pic so I have a way to judge and set my goals.

you look good brotha...id hit heavy dips more...add some nice width and thickness to your chest...do you deadlift? just add overall mass to ya! iv got about 30lbs on ya, and ur 3 inches taller...id love to lean out tho...so much easier to bulk...and im not sure if im quite big enough to cut and look as big as id like...id go for a little more width to ur physique, but still maintaining the athletic look! love the arms! what are they measuring? and what weights do u train with besides squats?

Yes I know, this is an old friend from this board. His name is Metal Gear on here. I'm pretty sure he was arrested and jailed tho. He's good inspiration for me.

Crumb, thanks also for the encouragement. Yea, its hard to get real thick being 6'3. I dont know if your post was a good thing to me, but either way thanks lol.

Magman, yea my chest does indeed lack. It's strong, just doesn't seem to bulk. As far as width, im 49-50in around the chest, but I'm unsure if thats a good measurement. I've experimented with deadlifts, but only bent-over row. Being lean, yes, I'm about 7% bf or so. Enough to see veins in the top of my abs. Its hell to bulk for me as well and I've never cut, just have excellent lean genetics. I'd love to get wider, but it seems to be a problem. I've never really done heavy dips before, could you suggest a routine for width? The arms are only around 16", but for some reason look much larger. I think it's that they are very well porportioned. Here are the stats on weights:

Flat Bench: 300lb raw and unassisted.
Rep with 225lbs, 5 sets @ 4-10 reps.
Squat: 500+ raw and unassisted, parallel.
Rep with 375, 5 sets @ 4-10 reps.

Lat pulldown: Rep is 210lbs, 5 sets @ 10 reps.
Bicepts: On incline bench, indiviual curls: 50lb dumbell in each hand, 5 sets @ 4-10 reps.


These are only examples, I can give more in depth detail if you want. Again, thanks guys and I appreciate all the encourangement and advice! Karma is where it belongs.

Seven inches isnt too far to go, considering back and chest,thickness and width make up the measurement, not just chest. The arms would look real good at 19" at your height, and even better in the twenties. Sounds like your training is very solid also, though I would add deadlifts in. They are awesome, since I started doing them Ive gotten noticabally thicker and much stronger overall. Im a short guy compared to you at about 5'8-5'9 and my arms are one line under 18" and to me they are just starting to get decent. Depends on your goals really. Keep up the hard work!
