Please Critique my new Routine

one thing that i have noticed about SLDL's is that they dont work my hams unless i bend over far enough. For example, i load the bar up with 25's not 45's so i can ahve that increased ROM. Ever try that?

Yes. All that matters is whether or not you can progress on weight or reps or both each week. So I say go for it and see. :)

What do you think about adding the bicep curls and skullcrushers? Recommended or not?

ghandiman, good idea to use 25's, I never thought of that. I guess you could also stand on a platform too.
 
i dont prefer the whole body thing but your routine looks good...also work on whatever weak points you have and select the exercises accordingly...
