8am 1/2 oatmeal, protein powder: 30c, 30p
10am protein shake: 15c, 32p
12pm chicken salad: 10c, 50p
2:30 1/2 cup cottage cheese: 10c, 14p
workout
5pm protein shake: 5c, 50p
8pm chicken salad: 5c, 50p

total 75c, 184p


bulk diet:
8am 1cup oatmeal, protein powder: 60c, 35p
10am protein shake: 22c, 48p
12pm chicken with rice: 70c, 50p
2:30 1cup cottage cheese: 20c, 28p
workout
5pm protein shake 75c, 50p
6pm chicken with rice 70c, 50p
9pm protein shake 5c, 50p
11pm salmon 0c, 25p
total: 322c, 336p


im 5'11 185lbs bf between 15-18%. i plan to cut for a couple more weeks, and then start a bulking diet after that. i would like to try to lose a couple of bf points before i bulk.
 
I would not drop the cottage cheese, since dairy products have been documented to help with fat los. I don't see any signifigant amount of fat in yoru diet, and you are drowning yourself in protien shakes. Shoot for at least 6 real food meals, and drop the MRP's except for post workout. YOu are not getting enough EFA's, and that can imped fat loss. Try adding some flax seed oil and a few fish oil tabs every day. Two salids a day is probably not enough green veggies either.
