would it be pointless to do sit ups while on a bulking cycle, even though i weigh 180 lbs at 6ft? ur help is much appreciated.

no, what's your thought behind this question?
 
the reason i asked was as your doing a bulking cycle you no your gonna put on a bit of fat so was just wandering whether to concentrate on every other body part then when doing a cutting cycle then put the focus on my abs. sorry for the newbie question
 
abs are muscles.. you want big muscles, you want strong abs.. work ALL of your muscles..

remember, abs are made in the gym -- 6packs are made in the kitchen
 
Regular sit-ups are pointless. Best advice I can give: train abs heavy. Heavy pull-down abs, roman chair sit-ups w/ plate behind head, spread eagle sit-ups w/ plate behind head, etc. (BB side bends for obliques).

This is not about aesthetics. You first must change your mindset and train your entire body.
 
Take advantage of being on cycle and hit your abs hard. Don't use bulking cycle as an excuse to stop working them, that''s bad thinking.
