planning a mass building diet

I am 6' tall 210 lbs and 24 yrs old. I am doing a 10 wk cycle of test with d-bol. I am in my fourth wk of the cycle. I need some advice on my diet like what to eat to build the most lean body mass possible. Any suggestions?
 
Suggestion 1: Plan your diet before you start a cycle. Your diet should already be in full check before poking yourself. Diet is more important than gear. I know a lot of people will back me up on this.

Suggestion 2: 5 squares a day. Plus some whey shakes in between. Casein before bedtime. Eggs in the morning, sandwichs during the day, veggies and fruits. Red meat or pork at dinner. I like chicken for lunch and pre-dinner.

Diet is definitely more important than gear. When bulking the times you eat during a 24 hour period, the more cals you can eat and not get fat. Try eating 8 times a day and once in the middle of the night. I'm talkiing meals containing around 500 cals each, not a large pizza every meal... ;)
 
My opinion .... my experience ....
Beware of big desire for fast carbos like cookies, ice cream, fruit, breads, pancakes and so on. I've heard that dbol triggers this and of course, it all turns to water and fat.

Best to chow on colorful veggies, lean meats/fish/fowl, water and egg/whey protein drinks with low or no sugar.

My observation is that while you are accelerating your breakdown and recovery, you still can gain fat and water with excessive calories, even from meat.

Ever think about your ideal weight? If you stopped at 220 and held it .... and worked on body composition ( less fat, more muscle), I bet you'd like the look.
