Quick background on me:
I've weight trained for over 6 years, seriously for the past 5 of them. I am 25 years old and currently weigh about 187 lbs, 5'11, and 8.6% body fat (bodpod tested). I am not a body builder, but consider myself more of a strength athlete. My training is based around getting stronger and staying lean. It is a long process but very rewarding.
My first cycle I went from 158 lb to 183 lbs on 10 weeks of Sustanon @ 250 mg/ week. Yes, 25 lbs in 10 weeks at that dosage! I was shocked. Body fat dropped as well. Did not utilize a PCT whatsoever and 2 months following my last injection I was a solid 178 lbs, with some loss in strength but nothing significant. I was extremely impressed with the strength increases and my performance in the gym, and pleased with the improvement in my physique
Second cycle was 10 weeks of test prop @ 150 mg EOD. I went from 174 to 195 on cycle, dropping back to about 183 two months post cycle, again no PCT although I definitely should have this time around. Looking back I should have forgone this cycle, but it was a good experience to see how I responded to higher doses of test.
Now here I am planning my third cycle with the introduction of orals. I plan on running 250 mg/ week of test cypionate for 20 weeks with dianabol in the beginning and anavar at the end. I am unsure of the dosages for these orals. I am looking strictly for an improvement in strength and any increases in my physique from a bodybuilding standpoint would be a positive byproduct.
I just got my blood results back from the doc and all my levels are normal, training and diet has been going great for the past several months, and I am basically very eager to begin my third run with AAS. BUT, I am unsure of how to include the orals in my regimen to get the most strength gains. I do have nolvadex, clomid, and arimidex on hand in case of any side-effects and do plan on running a proper PCT this time around, but am also unsure of how to dose those.
Before anyone asks or flames me from my post, I have read many varying accounts of answers to my questions, which is why I am posting this thread to receive input. I also have my diet and training extremely dialed in, and am highly experienced & knowledgeable when it comes to weight training, nutrition, and those matters.
My original plan was to run the dbol at 12.5 mg/ day pre-workout for a week to see how I respond, and possibly up it to 25 mg/ day pre-workout as well (all at once) for 5 weeks. I am interested in the "using it as a supplement" approach, where I will be using it only on workout days pre-workout, taken with grapefruit juice and some fish oil 2 hours prior to my lift. So 5 days on, 2 days off for 5 weeks. Then I planned on taking 3 weeks off of orals all together, and finishing with 5 weeks of anavar at 50 mg / day. Not sure how to dose this though, and haven't read anything on using it "as a supplement" similar to the old-school dbol approach.
I guess I am just rambling here and I greatly apologize for the wall of text. Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can clarify anything for you. I feel like I have all my bases covered and am looking forward to this very much, but there could be some glaring issues that I need to address, so I hope that anyone here can help guide me. I will keep everyone updated with my progress, of course.
