OK eliters!! Our member thin (from the thin forum) and I are going face to face in a 6.3mile race! haha!! funny huh?? no seriously though... this saturday we will running as a team actually. We will be timed individually and our times will be combined and we will be scored as a team. How funny is this!!?

so how should i prepare for this nightmare. What if I drop dead at mile 4 or something -- shit even when I was a runner I never ran long distance. What is a an old time sprinter to do... what the hell should I eat?? major carbs the night before and a couple hours before I smoke thin??
anyone what to place a bet??? I have KILLER motivation so if my body doesnt fail me I WILLLLLL BEAT HER TIME!!
